ATLANTA – May 10, 2007 - At our annual Board meeting our Board directed me to "shop the market" and sell or merge our Chin-Up Company to join with a major company who has worldwide distribution channels in place.

Our Chin-Up Strip patent 5,690,121 and Chin-Up and Nasal Strip Kit patent 5,640,974 were issued in 1997. The Board considered the 10 years remaining on our Chin-Up Strip patents.

The Board also considered the sale of CNS - The Breathe Right nasal strip company - to pharmaceutical giant GSK at the end of 2006.

We intend to contact pharmaceutical companies, Continuous Positive Air Pressure (CPAP) companies and 3M OTC consumer division about our plans. We use 3M medical grade tape to manufacture our patented and FDA cleared Chin-Up Strips.

3M converters die cut and package three different types of Chin-Up Strips. Potential profits for the one night use Chin-Up Strip are significant.

People who suffer with involuntary mouth breathing during sleep buy Chin-Up Strips. That breathing pattern is a primary cause of dry mouth, loud mouth snoring and is directly related to obstructive sleep apnea.

The estimated potential market for snoring products in the US is 90 million units per day. The world market is estimated 5 times larger.

We believe Chin-Up Strips have greater market potential than Breathe Right nasal strips because we sell to people who have dry mouth and snoring problems and we sell to involuntary mouth breathers who use CPAP machines to treat sleep apnea. Sleep medicine is a growing market and Chin-Up Strips are part of that profitable market. Hospital sleep centers are the primary source of our customer referrals.

Our small home based internet company is unable to reach full market potential for Chin-Up Strips. Since 1998, customer demand has proven they work and customers buy them regularly. FDA reviewed and cleared Chin-Up Strips in 2004. We offer a proven OTC disposable product tested by customers, in hospital sleep centers and cleared by the FDA.

NEW: Based on voluntary common cold reports from our long term customers we began collecting customer data. The 2006 and 2007 data collected from customer Common Cold Reports indicates people who use Chin-Up Strips regularly may have fewer common colds. We will continue to collect customer data. As of this writing, the data is insufficient to draw any conclusions to a reasonable degree of medical certainty.

The Chin-Up Company “Click and Order” Internet Success

ATLANTA – January 31, 2006
– From The Chin-Up Company website www.chinupstrip.com and home office in metro-Atlanta, Chin-Up Strips are sold
to US consumers, online pharmacies
drugstore.com, doctors, hospital sleep labs and Cpap distributors; British Snoring and Apnea Ass’n www.britishsnoring.demon.co.uk; Therapy Control Products in Canada www.nosnorezone.com; Nihon SiberHegner and Accord International in Tokyo, Japan. Currently three entities are working to reach agreement with The Chin-Up Company to sell the patented Chin-Up Strips in China.

According to data from the National Sleep Foundation, 42% of men and 31% of women snore. By offering Chin-Up Strips and Breathe Right nasal strips online at volume discount prices, consumers are able to obtain FDA cleared and sleep lab tested low cost relief.

NOTE: The Chin-Up Company does not and never has claimed Chin-Up Strips treat Sleep Apnea.

One can perform a simple TEST to determine if the strips will reduce or eliminate snoring. TEST – Relax face muscles - Close mouth - Inhale through the nose several times. If snoring was NOT present during the test, the strips may reduce or eliminate snoring by preventing mouth breathing during sleep. It is simple and pain free relief!

Chin-Up Strips were cleared by the FDA in September 2004. Dale Miller, Inc, d/b/a The Chin-Up Company offers consumers FDA cleared non-invasive, drug free snoring relief AND sleep center proven relief from dry mouth discomfort for patients on Cpap therapy for sleep apnea. The strips are die cut from 3M medical tape and disposable.

In 2006 The Chin-Up Company launched a new internet affiliate program offering qualified affiliate partners 22% commissions on Chin-Up Strip sales to customers from qualified affiliate websites. Our goal is to sell 1,000,000 strips a year through “Click and Order” sales. “Brick and Mortar” chain stores have not been necessary to make our business succeed. We need online store, Google Adwords and Overture.

In 2006 The Chin-Up Company intends to investigate and verify anecdotal reports from customers who have been using Chin-Up Strips for 3 years or longer. The anecdotal reports suggest people who regularly use Chin-Up Strips rarely catch the common cold. We may find maintaining primary nasal breathing during sleep may do more than reduce snoring and prevent dry mouth irritation.

Snoring is more than a social problem.

Snoring is a medical condition, according to FDA.

ATLANTA – October 11, 2004Products that claim to reduce or eliminate snoring are required to file a 510(k) for pre-market clearance. A snoring treatment without considering sleep apnea could create a population of “silent apneics.”

Snoring is one of the most reliable symptoms of apnea. Proper labeling must be included to educate snorers of other potential problems.

Chin-Up Strips have been approved by the FDA. They are used by people who mouth breathe and oral vent during sleep. Mouth breathing can be a primary cause of loud snoring.

Oral venting is a medical term that applies to people who mouth breathe during sleep when using Cpap therapy to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

FDA Indications for Use of Chin-Up Strips:

1. Chin-Up Strip promotes and enhances nasal breathing to help Breathe Right nasal strips to reduce or eliminate snoring.

2. Chin-Up Strip supports the chin (mandible) during sleep, thereby promoting and enhancing nasal breathing by reducing mouth breathing and oral venting.

According to the latest data from the National Sleep Foundation, 42% of men and 31% of women snore at least a few nights a week. By offering Chin-Up Strips and Breathe Right nasal strips, The Chin-Up Company offers consumers FDA approved non-invasive, drug free snoring relief and relief from dry mouth discomfort.

Dale Miller, Inc. products are non-invasive external supports that enhance normal breathing during sleep. Mother Nature’s airway design intends all inhales should go through the nose. Hospital sleep studies submitted to the FDA along with the 510(k) filing by Dale Miller, Inc. The patient polysomnogram reports indicated Chin-Up Strip combined with Breathe Right nasal strip is an effective alternative treatment for primary snoring.

The estimated market for snoring is 9 times larger than the market for sleep apnea treatment. The FDA requires following on Chin-Up Strip packaging and website: "Neither Breathe Right nasal strips nor Chin-Up Strips have been shown to be effective in treating Sleep Apnea either alone or in combination."  The Chin-Up Company does not and never has claimed Chin-Up Strips treat Sleep Apnea.

Chin-Up Strips and Breathe Right nasal strips are available at www.drugstore.com and directly from The Chin-Up Company at www.chinupstrip.com or toll free at 888-835-4563.  A 30 day supply of Chin-Up Strips from The Chin-Up Company costs $14 plus 99 cents shipping.

One can perform a simple TEST to determine if Chin-Up Strips and Breathe Right nasal strips may reduce or eliminate snoring. TEST – Relax face muscles. Close mouth. Inhale through the nose several times. If snoring was not present during the test, the combo strips may reduce or eliminate snoring. Yes, it can be that simple and pain free!

In May 2004, Dale Miller, JD & CEO of The Chin-Up Company attended the Sleep Support A.W.A.K.E. Group meeting at Stanford Sleep Center in Palo Alto, CA.
